Jeanne Marie Martin Jeanne Marie has been teaching natural cooking and nutrition in the natural health field for over 25 years. She has owned and managed health food stores, worked as a wholesale herb and vitamin company sales representative, and as a clinical nutritionist, Jeanne Marie has worked with more than thirty holistic medical doctors, naturopaths, and chiropractors whose clients have special health problems. This has led her to write and co-author thirteen health books and cookbooks and over 300 magazine articles on natural cooking, nutrition and holistic lifestyles. Some of her titles include For the Love of Food, All Natural Allergy Cookbook, Hearty Vegetarian Soups and Stews, Vegan Delights, Light Cuisine, Return to the Joy of Health, Eating Alive, The Power of Superfoods, Recipes for Romance, and Your Natural Medicine Chest. She specializes in diets for: allergies, digestive and bowel problems, Candidiasis, parasites, chronic fatigue syndrome, viral infections, heavy metal overdose, blood sugar problems, cancer and weight problems. In addition to nutritional consultations, Jeanne Marie currently teaches cooking and nutrition classes in British Columbia and Washington State. She has taught throughout North America, including six years for Scott Community College in the U.S., and for Langara College in Canada. She lectures on nutrition for universities, corporations, clinics, and hospitals. Jeanne Marie has also written one children's book and seven small poetry books and is a professional floral designer, gardener, published poet, singer, arts and crafts expert, meditation teacher, and qualified yoga instructor who has trained other teachers.
